Ventre's Auto Electrical is Shane Ventre. He works out of Strathmerton, up on the Murray Valley Highway, and covers the Moira and Berrigan Shires from there. Over 15 years in the trade, and a signwritten wagon kitted out to do the job on your driveway, in the paddock or at the roadside.
That mix matters out here. A header that will not crank in the middle of harvest is not going on a trailer to town. Neither is a caravan with no lights on it. So the work goes where the vehicle is, and there is a shed for the jobs that genuinely need one.

There is a rack of Century stock in the shed rather than a catalogue and a three day wait. Starting batteries, heavy duty, and deep cycle AGM for vans, boats and camper trailers.
Worth saying: a battery that will not hold charge is often not the battery. Half the call outs are a charging fault, a tired alternator or something quietly drawing current overnight. Shane will test it before he sells you one.

Highly recommend Shane. He went out of his way to assist on a public holiday while we were passing through town to diagnose and repair a problem with our electric brakes on our caravan. Could have charged more for a public holiday, but was very reasonably priced. Thanks again Shane as you allowed us to continue on our holiday without concern!
We had a number of tasks that needed to be carried out between Shane and a caravan servicing business about 30 minutes apart over two days for a car and a caravan. As we are not locals, this ended up being logistically challenging and no doubt would have been troublesome for Shane. He kept his cool however, was generous with his time and was very patient. He was great at explaining the work done, provided timely updates throughout and was courteous and honest. He's a top bloke and was great to deal with.
